Syd HaynesOwner / InstructorSyd is passionate about making fitness accessible to everybody and takes joy in helping clients discover movement that feels good to them. With a focus on inclusivity, she works with individuals of all ages and abilities, specializing in post-rehabilitation, corrective exercises, and assisting clients in regaining strength and mobility to pursue activities they love without fear of pain or injury.
In addition to holding comprehensive Pilates certification, Syd is pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at The University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine, integrating her PT knowledge into each client session. She also holds certifications in Personal Training (NASM), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), group exercise (ACE), TRX suspension training, Barre, TriggerPoint foam rolling, and Better Balance . Kate FriedelOwner / InstructorWith over 8 years of experience, Kate is a firm believer in the healing power of movement. Pilates played a transformative role in her life, helping her conquer anxiety, and now she's dedicated to guiding others through restorative practices and breathing techniques that address everything from fitness goals to trauma and anxiety.
Kate specializes in restorative Pilates, myofascial release, breathwork, and meditation, bringing a holistic approach to her teaching. Alongside her certifications in these modalities, she also holds certifications in Barre and TRX suspension training. Committed to ongoing learning, Kate is currently pursuing her Ph.D., furthering her education both in movement and academia.
